Solution
Roof-level roll forming
Raise a compatible roll former near roof height so on-site panel forming feeds straight into roof installation.
Task outcome
DeckForm roof-level roll-forming setups lift a compatible roll former and coil feed toward roof height so panels can be formed where they are needed and handed into the roof run—reducing long ground-to-roof panel hauls for that process step.
How it works
The hydraulic lift carries a former-support platform sized for the machine and coil. Height is set so the forming outlet aligns with the roof installation level. Crews feed coil, form panels at elevation, and move product onto the roof work face instead of relying only on ground forming plus vertical material lifts.
Former and chassis notes
- Match crawler or truck-mounted chassis to yard access, outrigger/ground limits, and relocation needs.
- Former mass, coil size, and cutting-outlet height are project inputs; cutting-outlet height is not the same as platform floor height or personnel working height—state which you mean.
- Auxiliary cranes or handling gear, when used, must follow their own load charts and joint-operation limits; do not assume full platform rating while auxiliary gear is at capacity.
What we do not claim on the page
Efficiency percentages, “unique worldwide” claims, and single conflicting load lines (for example a blanket high-height plus full-ton headline) are omitted until verified for the exact configuration. Mechanism and task fit come first.
