This page describes how DeckForm handles information you submit through the project quote form on deckformeq.com.
What we collect
When you use Request quote, we receive the fields you enter—such as contact details, country or region, process task, height and panel notes, site conditions, and any message you include. We do not sell this information.
How inquiries are handled
Form submissions are validated by our site backend and emailed to DeckForm for quote follow-up. Inquiries are retained so we can respond, clarify project details, and keep a record of the conversation related to your request. They are not published on the website.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to complete quote follow-up and related business correspondence, then delete or archive them according to our internal retention practice.
