Chassis
Truck-mounted chassis
Truck-mounted hydraulic bases for faster road relocation between sites when a carrier vehicle fits the logistics plan.
Fit
Truck-mounted DeckForm systems favor projects that relocate often between sites or need road mobility. The lifting package rides on a carrier vehicle; equipment mass figures in source tables often exclude the truck and, for forming setups, the roll former—read definitions carefully when comparing options.
Outriggers and ground
Setup uses outriggers or equivalent stabilization on suitable ground. Pad size, soil or slab capacity, and approach clearances govern where the unit can work. Crowded yards may favor crawler travel instead.
Relocation and transport
Between sites, the carrier drives or is shipped according to local road rules and overall dimensions. For overseas moves, confirm whether the lift package, former, and truck travel together or as separate cargo—and which masses exclude which components.
When to prefer truck-mounted
- Multiple short envelope jobs with highway or regional moves
- Sites with firm setup pads and limited need for tracked yard travel
- Logistics plans already built around truckable envelopes
